[Evidence-based cardiology: practical applications of clinical epidemiology].

چکیده
El cardiólogo se enfrenta a diario con decisiones clínicas que requieren un entendimiento claro, a la vez práctico y sucinto, de conceptos básicos de Epidemiología Clínica. Definida por Sackett y colaboradores,1 como una “ciencia básica para la medicina clínica”, este conocimiento le permite establecer un criterio acerca de la respuesta a ciertas preguntas que sus pacientes le presentan. En los próximos números de la revista Archivos de Cardiología de México, presentaremos una discusión breve y enfocada a escenarios clínicos que ofrecen una oportunidad para abordar los siguientes temas:
